BUONCONSIGLIO CASTLE
The largest and most important monumental complex in the Trentino Alto Adige region. It consists of a series of buildings from different eras, enclosed within walls in a slightly elevated position above the city. At the southern end of the complex is Torre Aquila, which houses the famous Ciclo dei Mesi (Cycle of the Months), one of the most fascinating pictorial cycles on secular themes of the late Middle Ages.
